Betjie Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player" or "You") and Betjie (hereinafter referred to as "Betjie", "We", "Us" or the "Platform"), accessible at betjie.cam.

By accessing, registering on, or using the Betjie platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Betjie is an English-language online betting information and platform resource. All content is provided for informational purposes and directed at adult users. Betjie does not hold a gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and users are solely responsible for ensuring their participation complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction — including, without limitation, the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) and any successor or supplementary legislation.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Account" The personal registered user account created by you on the Betjie platform, providing access to betting markets, casino products and account management features.
• "Platform" The betjie.cam website and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces and digital services operated under the Betjie brand.
• "Wager" / "Bet" Any stake of real money placed on a sporting event outcome, casino game result, or other available market on the Platform.
• "Funds" Any monetary balance held within your Account, including deposited funds, bonus credit (where applicable) and pending withdrawal amounts.
• "Bonus" Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload incentive or other non-cash benefit offered by Betjie subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring Users to submit valid documentation including, but not limited to, a Pakistani CNIC or passport, and proof of address or payment method ownership where required.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" Any country, territory or region in which access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited under applicable law.
• "Responsible Gambling" The collection of tools, policies and guidance measures available on the Platform designed to support safe, controlled and sustainable gambling behaviour.

To register for and maintain an Account on the Betjie platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. Betjie strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be requested at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity) registering in your own name and for your own personal use only.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law. Users located in jurisdictions where access is restricted bear full personal responsibility for their use of the Platform.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services under any applicable self-exclusion programme. You must not attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion restriction.
• You must not already hold another Account on the Platform. Betjie operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and any associated funds forfeited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as agent, representative or trustee for any third party.

4.1  Accurate Information. When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.2  Single Account. Each person may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Betjie reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close duplicate accounts and may withhold funds where there is evidence of bad-faith account duplication.

4.3  Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or authentication codes with any third party. Betjie will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable credential security.

4.4  KYC Verification. Betjie may request identity verification at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Verification documents may include a valid Pakistani CNIC or current passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, a selfie or liveness check, and proof of payment method ownership. Documents must be submitted only through the secure HTTPS verification portal. Submission of altered, obscured or falsified documents is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and potential referral to relevant authorities.

4.5  Account Currency. The Platform supports PKR (Pakistani Rupee) as a displayed denomination for user convenience. Actual settlement currency and conversion rates (if applicable) are set out in the cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

5.1  Personal Use Only. The Platform is made available exclusively for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use. Commercial exploitation, resale, redistribution or systematic use of Platform content without prior written consent from Betjie is prohibited.

5.2  Platform Availability. Betjie makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. Betjie will not be liable for losses arising from temporary downtime.

5.3  Content Accuracy. Odds, game descriptions, promotional information and platform content are provided for informational purposes. Betjie endeavours to ensure accuracy but does not warrant that all content is error-free at all times. Material errors (including misquoted odds resulting from a technical fault) may be voided at Betjie's reasonable discretion with notice to affected users.

5.4  Language. The Betjie platform is operated entirely in English. Support is available in English as the primary language, with Urdu assistance available on request through live chat and the Help Centre. No part of this Agreement alters the English-language character of the Platform.

5.5  Mobile Access. Betjie's Platform is optimised for mobile access. Users accessing via mobile devices, including those on 4G networks common across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar, should ensure their device and connection are reasonably secure before conducting financial transactions.

6.1  Accepted Payment Methods. Available deposit and withdrawal methods are listed in the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Where Pakistani payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah are displayed on the Platform, these are contextual references only. Betjie does not claim affiliation with, endorsement by, or guaranteed processing through any named payment provider.

6.2  Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance promptly following confirmed receipt of funds by the Platform. Processing times vary by method and are displayed in the cashier. Betjie is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6.3  Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following general conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Betjie reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for large sums or unusual activity patterns.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier and may be updated periodically.
• Active bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements may restrict withdrawal eligibility until requirements are met.

6.4  Currency. Where amounts are displayed in PKR, this is for user convenience. Settlement currency and applicable conversion rates (where a currency conversion occurs) are set out in the cashier at the time of transaction.

7.1  Eligibility & Availability. Betjie may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets and cashback incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to individual terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of this Agreement by reference.

7.2  Wagering Requirements. Bonus credit is not immediately withdrawable. Wagering requirements specifying the multiple of the bonus (and, in some cases, the deposit) that must be turned over before withdrawal eligibility is achieved are displayed on each promotion page. Users are required to read and understand these requirements before accepting any bonus.

7.3  Abuse Prevention. Betjie reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim bonus credit and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay; use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; or coordinated play with connected accounts.

7.4  Expiry. Bonus credit and free bets may be subject to expiry periods. Unused bonus amounts that expire in accordance with their published terms will be removed from your balance without compensation.

7.5  VIP Programme. Betjie operates a multi-tier loyalty programme. Tier thresholds, cashback rates and associated benefits are indicative and may be revised. No tier advancement constitutes a guaranteed entitlement to specific perks unless confirmed in writing by Betjie support at the time of tier assignment.

8.1  Acceptance of Bets. All bets are subject to Betjie's acceptance. Betjie reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict specific markets or decline any bet at its discretion without explanation, including in circumstances where unusual betting patterns are detected.

8.2  Odds Errors. Where odds are manifestly incorrect (including but not limited to software errors, human error or data feed malfunction), Betjie reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Settlement at erroneous odds does not create an entitlement to retain winnings.

8.3  Cricket & Sports Markets. Rules governing settlement of specific market types — including Match Winner, Toss Winner, Top Batter, Top Bowler, Total Runs, Over/Under and in-play markets for Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments and international football — are published within each market's information panel. In the event of ambiguity, Betjie's published sport-specific rules shall prevail. Betjie is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any team.

8.4  Live In-Play Betting. Bets placed on in-play markets are subject to time-stamping. Betjie may void bets placed after a material event (such as a wicket or goal) where the Platform's data feed has not yet reflected the event. Users accept this risk when placing in-play wagers.

8.5  Casino & RNG Games. Casino games and slot titles are governed by their individual published Return to Player (RTP) ranges and rules. RTP figures displayed on the Platform are indicative examples only — actual RTP for any specific game session may vary. Results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Betjie platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, fund forfeiture and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 18 (or the applicable higher minimum age required by the operator/licence jurisdiction).
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification, including submission of falsified or altered identity documents.
• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account, or operating an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Circumventing, or attempting to circumvent, any technical security measure, geographic restriction or responsible gambling control implemented on the Platform.
• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, data-harvesting tools or any non-human process to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets, including coordinated lay/back arbitrage strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from exploited errors may be voided and reclaimed.
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions, or using the Platform for any purpose connected with financial crime.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable communications directed at Platform staff or other users.

10.1  General Obligation. Betjie is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing users with effective tools to manage their betting behaviour. The following tools are available to all registered Users through the account dashboard at all times:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss limits — caps on the net amount you can lose within a defined period before betting access is temporarily suspended.
• Session time limits — automatic logout after a user-defined session duration.
• Reality check notifications — periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net result.
• Self-exclusion — temporary or permanent suspension of your Account on request, blocking all access to betting and casino products.
• Cooling-off periods — short-term voluntary Account suspension available on request without requiring full self-exclusion.

10.2  Self-Exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed as promptly as operationally possible. Users who have activated self-exclusion must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion through alternative accounts. Betjie takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will take all reasonable steps to honour them.

10.3  Minor Protection. Betjie strictly prohibits access by persons under 18 years of age (or the applicable higher minimum). Account holders who share devices with minors are advised to use parental control software and to ensure that login credentials are not accessible to persons under the minimum age.

11.1 All content on the Betjie Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software code, game assets, interface designs and database compilations — is the intellectual property of Betjie or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce or distribute Platform content; create derivative works; reverse engineer any software component; or remove any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice.

11.3 The Betjie name, logo and brand identity are proprietary. Unauthorised use of the Betjie brand in any context — including on third-party websites, social media or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited.

12.1  No Warranty. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

12.2  Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Betjie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform — including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or emotional distress.

12.3  Maximum Aggregate Liability. In any event, Betjie's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4  Force Majeure. Betjie shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, network outages, natural disasters or civil unrest.

13.1  Betjie's Right to Suspend or Close. Betjie reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — and to withhold associated funds pending investigation — at its reasonable discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including prohibited conduct as set out in Clause 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or participation by an ineligible person (including a minor).
• Chargebacks, payment disputes or returned deposits initiated by the User or their payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion that an Account is being operated in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

13.2  User-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed as promptly as operationally possible. Any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to you via a payment method in your name.

13.3  Survival. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct and governing law shall survive the termination or closure of your Account.

14.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law applicable to Betjie's operational jurisdiction, as specified in the Platform's licensing disclosure from time to time.

14.2 Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may apply to their activities independently of the governing law of this Agreement. Betjie does not represent that this Agreement or the Platform's operation is consistent with Pakistani law.

14.3 Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact Betjie's support team in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) calendar days of the relevant event.

15.1 Betjie reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via a notice posted on the Platform and, where applicable, by email to the registered address on your Account.

15.2 Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.2.

15.3 The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
